201 Documents Submission

Guide for New Hires


All iQor employees are required to submit documents as part of company and client requirements. This document will guide you
on how to register and upload documents to the 201 site.

Make sure you’re using Google Chrome.


Please access the link using your personal equipment or mobile phone.
Kindly refer to your email or reach out to your Trainer for your credentials.

To upload documents, go to the


7 CHECKLISTS tab and click ADD FILE below
the document type that you’d like to upload.

You may only upload files in PDF or TIFF formats. Only one file for every
document type must be uploaded. DO NOT UPLOAD DUPLICATE FILES.

If your document has multiple pages, make sure to compile them into one file
prior to uploading.

All document types must be submitted within 5 days from Day 1 (actual start date).

For partial submissions, you may upload the remaining documents by following
steps 5 – 10.

DO NOT REUPLOAD PREVIOUSLY UPLOADED DOCUMENTS.

Successfully uploaded files will show below the document type.
8 To replace an uploaded file, just click DELETE and ADD FILE.

Click PROCEED NEXT at the bottom right corner of the page to submit the documents.
9 You will then be asked if you wish to complete the current activity. Click YES to finish.

Do not be alarmed when you encounter the message below. This message serves as confirmation that you have successfully
10 submitted your documents and only means that you will not have access to make any changes to the items that you have submitted.

Check your email regularly as an HR


personnel will be reaching out to you
if additional information and/or
action is required from your end.

III List of Acceptable Documents

• Valid IDs
• Birth Certificate
Any of the following:
- Either PSA copy or Local Registrar’s copy
- Passport - Driver’s license
- SSS ID - OFW ID
• School Record/s
- PRC ID - UMID ID
Any of the following:
- IBP ID - NBI Clearance
- Diploma
- GSIS e-card
- Transcript of Records
- Government Office and GOCC ID
- Form-137
- Alien Certification of Registration or Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- Grade slip
- Certificate of Registration
• Government Numbers
Any government-provided document/proof that reflects your name and
correct number.

• NBI Clearance
Must be issued within 6 months before start date to recent (expired NBI Clearance issued within this timeframe will still be accepted.
