3. DEFINITION OF TERMS
3.1 Training

3.6.1 Annual training given to all BKEPI employees to invigorate their minds regarding the Quality Management
System established in BKEPI
3.7 Competence
3.7.1 Demostrated ability to apply knowledge, skills and experience.
3.8 Effectiveness
3.8.1 Extent to which planned activities are realized and planned results achieved.
3.9 Examination
3.9.1 A set of written or oral questions designed as a test of knowledge; the formal questioning of witness on oath.
3.10 Evaluation
3.10.1 To determine the value of; to assess.
3.11 Organization
3.11.1 Group of people and facilities with an arrangement of responsibilities, authorities and relationships.

3.12.1 Training which can be acquired from outside training institute for skills upgrading and advancement
