1. PURPOSE

1.1 To promote continual improvement and development of all BKEPI personnel through high quality standard of
education and training.
1.2 To enhance the knowledge and skills of each personnel on the assigned task
1.3 Identify and answer the individual training needs and requirements and to prioritize training according to its
importance and necessity

2. SCOPE

2.1 This procedures covers all training activities related to quality system

3. DEFINITION OF TERMS

3.1 Training
3.1.1 Practical instruction, a course of physical exercises.
3.2 Internal Training
3.2.1 Training conducted by qualified trainer of BKEPI
3.3 In-House Training
3.3.1 Trainer came from a training institution inside BKEPI
3.4 External Training
3.4.1 Training given by a training institution outside BKEPI
3.5 Awareness
3.5.1 Realizing having knowledge; conscious
3.6 Refresher Course
3.6.1 Annual training given to all BKEPI employees to invigorate their minds regarding the Quality Management
System established in BKEPI
3.7 Competence
3.7.1 Demostrated ability to apply knowledge, skills and experience.
3.8 Effectiveness
3.8.1 Extent to which planned activities are realized and planned results achieved.
3.9 Examination
3.9.1 A set of written or oral questions designed as a test of knowledge; the formal questioning of witness on oath.
3.10 Evaluation
3.10.1 To determine the value of; to assess.
3.11 Organization
3.11.1 Group of people and facilities with an arrangement of responsibilities, authorities and relationships.
3.12 External Training
3.12.1 Training which can be acquired from outside training institute for skills upgrading and advancement
3.13 Record

3.14 Type of Competency Level
3.1.4.1 Skilled - are those Operator/Inspector who are knowledgeable of all of process in Production
