1. Introduction

1.1. Background of the study

The case study requires students to interview the company from a legitimate

small or medium enterprise (SMEs) registered under the company commission of

Malaysia (CCM) that covers the sector services, manufacturing, agriculture,

contruction or mining and quarrying. The company I choose is EMADINQHASHAH

ONE STOP SHOP where it has been operating for 5 years. The shop were at the

side of roads which has attracted many customers who are searching for some

foods or drinks while driving. This shop also sell groceries such as cooking oil, gas,

bleach, soaps, etc. This one stop shop offering customers the convenience of

having multiple needs met in one location, instead of having to “drive all over the

town” to attain related services at different stores. Me as student wanted to study

how this business generate income in selling that menu and how much profit they

made from the business.

From this case study, the students will be able to gain experience about the

entrepreneurship in a real world. The students also gain knowledge and information

about the entrepreneurship that can be applied in the future.
