• Do an internal analysis of Indigo Airlines using the VRIO framework
• Identify the key resources and capabilities at Indigo Airlines
• Rate each resource and capability on 1 to 5 for their impact on
Increasing Revenue (Price/Quantity) and Decreasing Cost (Capex/Opex)
• Rate each resource and capability on 1 to 5 for their rarity in the industry
and cost of imitation by other players
• Based on the above analyses, identify the sources of competitive
disadvantage, parity and advantage (temporary and sustained) and
prepare a list of possible strength and weaknesses for the client firm
