Their weakness is they don’t want their fellowmen to suffer from a heinous

Another weakness is from king indarapatra he is afraid to lose his brother

hundred percent sure that Sulayman can go back to his kingdom in complete

Readers response

• What part of the story did you like best and why? Like least and why?
The best part of the story I liked is when the Sapling of King Indarapatra died and
that is one of the signals that Sulayman died. And so as a brother he went to
mindanao and had the desire to take revenge because of the loss of his brother
but when he arrived at mindanao and saw sulayman laying in the ground looking
lifeless, he then poured the water in the jar that came from heaven to sulaymans
bones and he came back to life again. This is my favorite part of the story
because this shows brothers love and no matter what happens as long as your
family is engaged in this type of situations you have to do anything up until your
last ace just to bring back his/ her life.
- The least part I liked in the story is the introduction because it was stated that
a lot of innocent people in Mindanao died because of the Sudden
appearance in the land a four horrible monsters which, in short time has
devoured every human being they could find.

• What word’s or phrases or lines in the story did you think was the most important
and why?
One of the Important line in the story is when sulayman said “I will go and the
land shall be avenged!” That is the statement he said after hearing the tragic
situation in Mindanao because of the terrible creatures that taked over the
community. This statement is the reason why the villagers in Mindanao has the
hope in continuing having a peaceful life. This is the reason why these terrible
creatures were completely vanished, it is all about Sulayman’s determination to
help in avenging ng the poor land by fighting all these powerful creatures alone
but still he stood up strong and proud despite the risk of him having the possibility
to die.
• What lesson can you get from the story?
The Indarapatra and Sulayman epic teaches us to be brave. We have a lot of poor
people around us. People are just above others in their point of view and it's very easy
for them to mistreat their fellow people. Unless we allow our fear to slave us at all times
and only let bad people exploit us, we will become an underdog for ever. This epic also
teaches us to be of assistance to those in need, to those who lack the resources and
strength to protect themselves. Nowadays, we can support them by reporting their
adversities to the authorities, raising their faith and teaching them how to be brave.
