If I am given the opportunity to invest my P100,000, I would invest it in common stocks because
of two reasons. First, I will have voting rights regarding the decisions that will be made within the
company. Second, I will gain more dividends and the value of my common stock will increase if
the company does well in the long-run.

How convinced you are in this statement " THE STOCK MARKET IS AN EFFICIENT WAY OF
INVESTING"?
It is true that stock market is an efficient way of investing because of three reasons. First, an
individual does not need to have a lot of money to be able to invest. In fact, there are instances
when companies sell their stocks at low prices. Second, investing in the stock market is
relatively easy to do. A person only needs to be knowledgeable on what companies should they
choose to invest on. Lastly, the stock market is an opportunity to grow money. This is because
the stocks in the stock market tends to rise in value in the long-run especially when the
company does well in their industry.
