Graduate Coordinator, Residence Life & Education July 2021 - Present
● Assist in the day-to-day management of a residential community with a population of approximately
1,000 students
● Purchase, track, and ensure management of budget for curricular initiatives and staff development
● Organize and plan the functional operations of a large residential community, including opening/closing,
move-in/out, staff turn, fire drills, facilities projects, etc.
● Assist and support a team of 23 Resident Assistants (RAs) with the planning, training, implementation,
and evaluation of the DHRL residential curriculum
● Serve as the direct supervisor for 12 RAs by providing support through regular 1:1s, employee
evaluations, and when necessary, carrying out the DHRL employee discipline process
● Serve as a hearing officer and adjudicate student conduct hearings for violations of the Community
Living Guide and the UCF Rules of Conduct
● Assist with the planning and facilitation of weekly community staff meetings, including staff
development and recognition activities
● Participate in student staff selection and training, including facilitation of training sessions
● Complete administrative tasks through various programs including StarRez, eRezLife, Maxient, etc.

● Supported the DHRL residential curriculum through the creation and implementation of campus safety
and security initiatives related to residence hall and resident safety
● Worked in collaboration with other departmental and university staff on health, wellbeing, and safety
education programming for UCF’s 12,000+ on-campus students
● Assisted in the training of all levels of staff on residence hall safety and security
● Participated in an on-call duty rotation for at least two weeks each semester

Residence Hall and Apartment Patrol January 2018 - May 2020
● Served as first point of contact for overnight safety and security concerns or matters in a community of
2,000 residential students
● Worked with RAs, Professional Staff, and campus partners to respond to emergency situations and
completed thorough incident reports
● Conducted rounds of the community to provide a security presence at night
● Provided administrative customer service to residents through lockouts, answering general questions, and
staffing the community front desk
UCF First Year Experience (FYE)
Practicum Student (100 hours) May 2021 - August 2021
● Created and distributed assessment reports for the Pegasus Parent Program Webinars to aid in their
continual enhancement
● Served as a co-host to Family & Guest Orientation webinars and Q&A sessions
● Hosted Orientation small group sessions and provided technological support for the Zoom conferencing

● Lead the organization that serves as the governing voice for UCF’s 12,000 on-campus students through
creating opportunities for advocacy, leadership development, and social programming

● Planned and executed 12 large-scale on campus events and oversaw the execution of over 50 small-scale

● Set deadlines for the team and enforced proper communication to ensure efficient planning
