I am a friendly person because of my traits, cheerful, loving, fair, reliable, kind, considerate,
simple and respectful. You really can approach me easily and in just an hour or two you will
really feel that we’re friends for so long even though we’ve just met. I am natural, like I am
honest towards someone. I don’t fake my personality to someone because I don’t like pretending
because I want people to like me for who I am. I also have negative traits and that is, I am
impulsive. I tend to do something without thinking of it for so long and regret it. I also think that
me being independent is somehow a negative trait of me, because I like keeping my problems
with me and solving it on my own when I really need help of someone because I overthink a lot.

Exercise 3: MY FOREVER AND NEVER MINE

Exploration: My Insights
Guide Questions:
1. Develop a descriptive paragraph entitled “I Am Who I Am” based on this lesson.
- We aren't flawless, and no one is perfect, as the saying goes. Accepting ourselves as
individuals is important, and this practice assisted me in doing so.
2. Discuss the importance of knowing who you are in your growing up as adolescent.
- Accepting yourself and learning to accept shortcomings and other people's opinions about
you are important aspects of knowing who you are, as is changing yourself for the better
rather than for the sake of other people.

REFLECTION
1. With the activities I have undertaken on this lesson, I learned that we are not perfect and
we have negative traits that we should remove or change.
2. I enjoyed most on doing the activity.
3. I want to learn more about positive traits.
