Question 01
(B)
Easily understandable
To capture the attention of an audience, a business report should be easy to understand.
Audiences should be considered before making a report. Difficult words and detailed
information can be included in business reports in the event that a large audience industry has
experience. However, for audiences with limited knowledge of the industry, simple and accurate
language in the business report should be used.

Example:
A business report written specifically for accounting purposes needs to focus on financial matters
rather than technical matters for a specific audience. The consolidated report can be written to
serve the interests of everyone. Few business reports are written to external clients to keep you
informed of the business

Use of easy language

Another feature of a good business report is the use of simple language when writing this report.
Here simple language means avoiding unclear or obscure words. The author's feelings or intent
should not affect the language of the business report and the message of the report should be
self-explanatory.

Example
Some people who read the report are not are not well educated. They don t understand the
difficult language. So, use the easy or simple language so other people understand.

(C)
Why are business proposals important
 One of the main reasons why business proposals are written for the purpose of promoting
a product or service to a potential customer or buyer.
 Business proposals are written to provide solutions to the problems faced by potential
customers.
 Business proposals empower businesses to sell their products or services. A business
proposal is one of the most effective tools a person or business can use to sell a product
or service.
 Business proposals help businesses compete without having to send vendors or agents to
go directly to potential customers to drop off or try to sell their products or services. A
business proposal, if written well in itself, will be able to do all the promotion and
marketing.
 Business suggestions help consumers find the exact products or services they want.

(D)
Nonverbal communication sends directions to others using actions rather than words. This can
include communication through hand gestures, eye contact, body language, facial expressions,
facial expressions and voice tone. Indirect communication can be one of the most powerful
forms of communication between co-workers. It can happen in many workplaces including
during meetings, interviews or informal discussions.

Example
if an employee gives a presentation proposing a new client engagement program, a strong and
positive tone can create project enthusiasm. This can increase the level of interest in senior
management as they see the work expressing happiness and interest in the project.

(E)
Encoding is defined as our ability to express emotions in a way that cannot be accurately
interpreted by the recipients. Encoding is called “unfounded sensitivity”, it is defined as the
encoding means the process of taking an idea or picture of an idea, combining that image with
words, and then saying those words to convey a message.

Example
So, if you wanted to explain to your friend the directions to your new apartment, you could think
of land, streets and buildings, and choose the best words to describe the route for your aunt to
find you

Decoding
Decoding is a repetitive process of listening to words, thinking about them, and converting those
words into mental images.

Example
If your friend was trying to find a way to your apartment, she would listen to your words, relate
these words to the streets and landmarks known, and then make a mind map of how to get to
you.

Question 07
It is a form of office etiquette that must be accepted by management and the heads of the
organization. Saying 'thank you' is a fine way to show that you approve of them and that you are
happy to have them in your group. An official letter of thanks or an email to your manger
expresses your gratitude for their contribution to your business.
I would like to make a phone call to thank that person for this job because sometimes this job
opportunity may work for someone else. Someone you know personally or who loves work so
making a call can be good and successful for both of them. For example, you have worked hard
for this job and you have gone to an interview where you may have a better understanding of the
interviewer and then after you have made a good effort to succeed in getting the job, then you
should consider thanking your boss for this great opportunity. In addition, it reflects a special
kind of gratitude from you and is very important in the process of developing and maintaining
employee engagement and active recognition.
