SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

BETWEEN: Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (Sponsor)

Jaypee Group (Sponsee)

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. The sponsee agrees to grant the sponsor the following sponsorship rights
2. It is agreed that at the time of renegotiation, the sponsee will automatically
invite the sponsor to renegotiate the agreement.
3. In the event of a dispute arising that the parties themselves cannot resolve,
the parties agree to refer the matter to an independent arbitrator appointed by
mutual agreement.
4. Each party shall indemnify the other against any claims arising from any
breach of the agreement by either party.
5. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be disclosed to any
third parties without the prior written consent of both parties.
6. The rights of either party under this agreement shall not be transferable or
assignable either in whole or in part.

Whereas, Red Bull GmbH agrees to print “F1 once again” on its cans;
Whereas, Jaypee Group agrees to give patent rights to Red Bull Gmbh to use its official
logo and monetary compensation;

The agreement will commence after all the parties have signed the agreement and will
come into play starting from 5th January, 2022 and continue till 9 months thereafter.

Whereas, Coca Cola agrees to print “F1 once again” on its cans;
Whereas, Jaypee Group agrees to give patent rights to Coca Cola to use its official logo
and monetary compensation;

The agreement will commence after all the parties have signed the agreement and will
come into play starting from 5th January, 2022 and continue till 9 months thereafter.

Whereas, Make My Trip agrees to organise Greb Fest at Delhi, organise music concert ;
Whereas, Jaypee Group agrees to give monetary compensation;
The agreement will commence after all the parties have signed the agreement and will
come into play starting from 6th January, 2022 and continue till 3 months thereafter.
