WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

1. Sport is any activity that requires physical actions and skills where individual or
teams compete under a set of rules.

2. One thing I need to consider in choosing a sport is what sport am I interested


of, physique, and skills.

3. The 3 types of sports are individual, dual, and team sport.

4. I learned that stress is a biological and psychological response experienced on


encountering a threat, which we feel we do not have the resources to cope with.

5. I will manage my stress by playing sports for some time to improve my mood,
concentration, reduce stress and depression, and improve sleep habit.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

In this lesson, I have learned that:

1. FITT Principle means a one way to remember the general guidelines for what
should be included in a fitness plan.

2. I can incorporate the FITT principle in my workout plan because it will be more
effective in reaching your fitness goals.

3. In designing a FITT fitness plan, it is better to apply and better understand the
principles of physical activity and principle, in order to serve a guide to achieve
the goal in a sport.
