inhalation of toxic substances and it is far from crowded places

All staff in canteen should follow aseptic techniques and protective measures such
as:

The workers working in processing and preparation should use personal protective
equipment as clean aprons, hand gloves, &over head
Any cuts or wounds should remain covered at all time and the person should not
be allowed to come in direct contact with food.
All food handlers should keep their finger nails trimmed, clean and wash their
hands with soap, and water and then dry with hand drier or clean cloth towel
before commencing work and every time after using toilet, & after sneezing and
coughing.
Scratching of body parts, hair should be avoided during food handling processes.
All food handlers should avoid wearing, false nails or other items or loose jewelry
that might fall into food and also avoid touching their face or hair during cooking
Eating, chewing, smoking, spitting and nose blowing should be prohibited within
the premises especially while handling food
Food handler should do periodic checkups, & arrangements should be made to get
