How to use DCZK 30-1700 type vacuum tube lifter ?
(1) Operation of manipulating handle when lifting goods:

1. Three positions of Operating handle: 1, 2, 3. When the sucker is closely

contacted with the cargo, the whole vacuum system can only enter the valve of
the control room, and the lifting and descending of the goods will pull or open
the valve opening of the control room by pulling the rod, so that the vacuum
suction is greater than or less than the gravity of the cargo.

(1) Position 1 (Balancing position): the system is in a state of balance, which can
not be lifted or put down the goods.

(2) Position 2 (lifting limited position): the pull rod is pulled up at this time, the
valve intake of the control room is completely sealed, and the goods rise rapidly.
The position of the pull rod in the position of 1 and 2 determines the degree of
sealing, thus determining the speed of the lifting. The closer the pull rod closer
to position 2, the faster the lifting speed;

(3) Position 3 (falling limit position): at this point, the air inlet of the control
chamber opens when the rod is pressed down, so that the vacuum suction is less
than the weight of the goods, and the goods are descended. When the goods are
placed on the worktable or the ground, the goods can be put down and the
suckers are separated from the goods.

2. The Function of regulating knob when No Loading:

When the load is not absorbed, the adjustment of this knob can adjust the natural
length of the lifting pipe when no load is loaded.

3. The Function of regulating knob when Loading:

When the load is absorbed on the suction cup, the pressure balance can be
adjusted by press button

4. there is an upper quick change connection installed on the pressing in joint,

and there is a quick change connection on each of the two suction cups. Even
when the spreader works, it can also complete the replacement of the sucker in a
few seconds.

DCZK 30-1700 type using Attention

(1) the weight of the lifting should not exceed the specified parameters;
(2 no oil, water and other materials on the surface of the goods.
(3) can not absorb flammable, explosive, angular, sharp angle goods;
(4) the center of the suction pipe should be as close to the center of gravity of
the goods as possible.
(5) do not put a sucker on a person or an animal.
(6) the vacuum pump / blower must be turned off during maintenance.

DCZK 30-1700 type vacuum lifter Upkeep and maintenance:

(1) Daily maintenance:

Check whether the filter is blocked or damaged or not to be cleaned and
damaged must be replaced.

(2)Weekly maintenance:

(1) check adsorption capacity: start the vacuum pump / fan, be sucked at about
10kg smooth and dense goods, goods will be raised, and then close the vacuum
pump / air blower, the operating handle is pressed, the goods should slow down,
if the goods decreased rapidly, please check the system or contact with me;
(2) check whether the filter is blocked or damaged.
(3) check whether the suction cup is damaged or not;
(4) check whether the telescopic trachea is damaged or not;
(3)Quarterly Maintenance:

(1) check whether the suspension hook and its connector of the telescopic
trachea are damaged, if there is, the system can not be used, please contact our
company.
(2) check whether the nut and bolt connection at the hook and the cantilever are
loosened. If there is, it will tighten it.
(3) check whether the vacuum trachea is damaged or atrophied.
