Procedure for Enrollment of New Freshmen Students of NU MANILA


Follow strictly the steps below from acceptance to enrollment of new Freshmen students so as not to
incur any delays. Note: Processing is done during weekdays with daily cut-off at 3:00PM.

1. New Freshmen Applicant can upload all the digitized copy of the following requirements to
this link: bit.ly/NUMNLFreshmenEnrollment
Note: Please prepare a clear scanned copy of each (in JPEG or PDF format)
a. Application Permit with filled-out and signed Academic Documents Waiver
b. Grade 12 Report Card (graduates of AY2016-2017 and beyond) or Form 138 (graduates
of AY2015-2016 and below)
c. Certificate of Good Moral Character
d. PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate
e. For Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) or Alternative Learning
System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E)
i. Certificate of Passing.
ii. Certificate of Rating
iii. Diploma (for ALS A&E only)
f. 2 x 2 colored ID Picture
2. Upon submission of your application, expect an acceptance email from Admissions Office
within 2-3 working days regarding the status of your enrollment, depending on the volume of
application.
3. Expect an email after another 3 working days from the Registrar’s Office with email address:
registrar@national-u.edu.ph withthe following:
a. attach Assessment Form,
b. instructions on how and where to pay the tuition fee, and
c. instructions on how to have your payment validated by the Accounting Office.
4. Pay student’s matriculation fee through this link, Online Payment Service - Powered by Cobalt
(national-u.edu.ph). Create an account. Once successful, login and do the following:
a. Profile -> make sure the student beneficiary’s details are correct. Click Back.
b. Make Payment -> Enrollment Fees -> select name of student beneficiary, enter billing
address. Click Submit.
You will be transferred to Paynamics gateway, choose available payment options, and follow
instructions.

For Over-the-Counter option in Paynamics, please strictly follow the date of payment given with
the reference no. otherwise get a new reference no. by doing the previous steps made to
extract a reference no. in Paynamics. If payment is within the date of payment, student
beneficiary’s official enrollment will be processed the following working day. Wait for email
from the Registrar’s Office for the student beneficiary’s Certificate of Registration (CoR).

For other payment options in Paynamics, upon successful transaction, student beneficiary is
officially enrolled. Wait for email from the Registrar’s Office for student beneficiary’s Certificate
of Registration (CoR).

If concerns arise with your payment through Paynamics, please contact the Accounting Office in
the email address and contact nos. stated below.
