APPLICATION TO GRADUATE
(UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY – INCLUDING STUDENTS AT DLSU LAGUNA CAMPUS)
AY 2018-19, Term 1
To apply to graduate, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: (10 Sep to 06 Oct ‘18) CHECK YOUR CURRICULUM AUDIT
Please check your Curriculum Audit (through MLS):
Make sure to check all the items. If you completed a course which has a different course code,
please process a Course Crediting Form. Students with below 25 units remaining in the
curriculum audit can proceed with the next step.

STEP 2: (08 Oct to 03 Nov ‘18) START ACCOMPLISH EXIT SURVEY Note : For International Students, you are required
to accomplish a separate Exit Survey which

STEP 3: (12 Nov to 01 Dec ‘18) ON-LINE ‘APPLY TO GRADUATE’ BY-COLLEGE SCHEDULE
Visit http://my.dlsu.edu.ph Mondays to Fridays (0800-1900) Saturdays (0800-1200) 12 to 17 Nov 2018 – COB
Click ‘Apply to Graduate’.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the online ATG. 12 to 17 Nov 2018 – SOE
Please check your e-mail to confirm that your application had been successful.
19 to 24 Nov 2018 – CED
STEP 3A: (12 Nov to 01 Dec ‘18) CORRECTION OF RECORDS

STEP 5: (27 Nov to 17 Dec ‘18) RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT OF FEES 26 Nov to 01 Dec 2018 – CCS
• An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the student
during the online ATG
• Please follow the instruction in the e-mail.

STEP 6: (27 Nov ‘18 to 05 Jan ‘19) PAYMENT OF FEES • The Office of the University Registrar will send an email to the
student who applied for Graduation. Please ensure that the
(a) Pay the assessed amount not later than 05 Jan 2019 name, degree, award and attendance (if any) are correct. For
(b) Please print the Schedule of Graduation Related activities through this link: corrections, please email registrar@dlsu.edu.ph

Note : Students who applied to graduate during the previous term still need to process the online application to graduate (ATG)
this term. Please follow Steps 1-4 above. During reapplication, if a confirmation number appears even before accomplishing the
online ATG (Step 3), this means that your previous application had been successfully reactivated. For any question, please email
