6. Seminar: This is an on-site or online visit which will involve a presentation and
defense/validation of the contents of the Narrative Profile. This will take about 3-4 hours for
each Program. It will also involve a review of the documents on the five areas. Suggested action
is:
6.1 Apply for a schedule of this seminar which must take place before the maturity date
of the "Qualified for Level IV" status which is normally one year after
Level lll Evaluation.
6.2 Provide a copy of the Narrative Profile of the Program/s to be evaluated to AACCUP
at least one (1) month before the seminar.
6.3 Hold the Seminar hosted by the SUC concerned. This Seminar will follow the
procedure.
a. Preliminaries
1) Opening statement of the SUC President.
2) Introduction of the Panel that will make the presentation of the
Narrative Profile and which will answer questions from the
Panel of Accreditors.
b. Seminar Proper
1) Statement of Purpose and Procedures by the Chairman of the Panel of
Accreditors
2) Presentation of Narrative Profile by the Host Institution.
3) Discussion led by the Panel of Accreditors.
4) Review of major documents.
c. Meeting of the Panel of Accreditors to prepare the Evaluation Report.
d. Exit Conference and Presentation of Results

7. The Accreditors will use the following form for the Final Report.
