[Past Troubles]
The reason is that routing from above can cause water drops to reach the terminal
of the input power disconnect located inside the enclosure through an electric wire.

Note1 Ensure to design the circuit to enable the machine to start (restart) from any operating position (operation step).
Except for the cases below.
1) The fault which caused “continuous operation OFF” has not been released.
2) Unable to ensure the required quality.
3) Harm or injury to a person, parts (work) or damage to machines may result.
4) Work or machine portions are interfering with other machine. (No operating interlock signals from other machine)
5) Measurement difference occurring due to instrument types.
6) Machines are not operating in appropriate sequence (condition).
Remarks & description

7) Machine position was forcibly changed (e.g. Valve forced operation).

Note2 Restarting Approach Against the Quality
Applicator : Do not restart (re-application) when the machine (e.g. Urethan applicator) stops during application.
However, when the application qualit is not affected, a restart is permitted.

Injector : If the machine (e.g. A/C, brake, gasoline, oil injector) stops during injection, do not restart (reinjection).
However, if injection quality is not affected, restart is permitted.

Pressing Device : If the machine (e.g. Bush, D/S pressing machine) stops during pressing, do not restart (re-pressing).
However, where pressing quality is not affected, restart is permitted.

Tightening Device : If the machine (e.g. Fr sus retightening device) stops during tightening, do not restart (re-tightening).
However, when tightening quality is not affected, restart is permitted.

Note3 Install return to home button (include circuits) on operating panel regardless of actuator operation frequency.
However, except for the machine where home position is not defined (e.g. Conveyor).

Note4 Ensure that the return to home circuit operates as below.


1) Enabled only in manual mode.
2) Only operates while pushing the return to home button.
3) The machine includes robot to operate other actuator if robot is at home position.
4) If work and machine are dropped or damaged by return to home operation, ensure to operate till the position on the way
(position to avoid work and machine dropping or damaging).
5) Operate in reverse sequence of normal operation.
NOTE Ensure not to conduct simultaneous operate several actuator with different operation order.
