My Philosophy of Education

My Classroom Environment
In order, for me to become a teacher have to let my students know that this is a safe environment. To
be comfortable and relaxed while doing they're assignments. One I’ll let my students play a game to
get to know they're classmates, called tic-tac-toe game show. It's where two students play tic-tac-toe
and whoever wins has to answer the questions that are on the card. If there's a tie then both of them
have to answer the questions.

My Ideal Classroom
An ideal classroom is pretty simple. I would have all my desk in table groups, that way it would be easy
to assign projects in classes and not have to worry about calling on names. In each table group it
would have necessary supplies like colors (markers,eposers, and highlighters) , pencils, scissors, etc
that are provided by me. My room would have a color scheme, with lights, posters and folders that are
hung on the wall to be organized for all my class periods of teaching. Students will need to bring a
folder to my class so they can keep all their work that is assigned in this class.

Student/Teacher Relationship
My relationship between me and my students is professional and respectful to one another. I do not
plan one being "friends" because some situations between the student and the teacher are overly
friendly and treated unfairly towards others. Everyone will be treated fairly and special notes that tell
me something that makes them feel more comfortable during class. For example if "Max"was
uncomfortable taking a test with others, I will write it down and send him somewhere that is nice and
quiet where he can take his time. It's better to ask my students in a google doc, and tell me something
that you will be better off having or doing to be comfortable in my classroom.

Motivating My Students
To motivate my students every once in a while I will assign awards that will be on the board like getting
an A on a test that we will take next week, or helping out others with work that they struggled on. The
award isn't something big, Only small gifts like candy, snacks, objects, or maybe even free time
passes. As a teacher I will get them excited about new units to go over through expressing my energy.I
also want to let my students know that you don't have to be pressured when doing a test that i gave
you. If you feel like you need more time to work on this, I'll send them after school to finish up the work
so they can take it slow and go over something that they dont get at first.

My Primary Goal
If i'm being honest i don't want to become a teacher but rather a person that works in the medical field,
to be a head surgeon and teach others what's so important about taking care of patients and doing
their best to make them better. To care for them, and tell their families that we did the best we could so
they can go home and keep living a normal life. With no worries or hesitation. That is my goal and ill try
my best to keep with that as i go down this road.
