ACETAMIDE

- Acetamide is used primarily as a solvent and a plasticizer. Workers may be exposed

in the plastics and chemical industries. It causes mild skin irritation from acute (short-
term) exposure.

HEXANAMIDE
- It is used in organic synthesis. For example: it can react with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]
benzene to get n-pentylammonium tosylate. This reaction needs solvent acetonitrile
by heating

METHANAMIDE
- Formamide, also known as methanamide, is a chemical feedstock for the manufacture
of sulfa drugs, other pharmaceuticals, herbicides, pesticides and the manufacture of
hydrocyanic acid.

PROPANAMIDE
- This organic compound is a mono-substituted amide. Organic compounds of the
amide group can react in many different organic processes to form other useful
compounds for synthesis.

2-BROMOBUTANAMIDE
- NO USES SEARCHED
