That the intending purchaser hereby agreed to pay second instalment amount of
Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs only) within (45 days) to Intending Seller positively
on or before 10-10-2021.

That the intending purchaser hereby agreed to pay remaining and final instalment
amount of Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs only) within (90 days) to Intending Seller
positively on or before 25-11-2021.

The intending Seller Shall pay and clear off all dues, levies etc., till the date of
registration and shall hand over the entire old and new present records along with
connected and relevant link documents to the intending purchaser.

WHEREAS, the Intending Seller has offered and agreed to sell the schedule property
for total sale consideration amount Rs.19,70,000 (Rupees Nineteen lakhs Seventy
Thousand only) to the above intending purchaser agreed to purchase the schedule
property for the said sale consideration.

NOW THIS DEED OF SALE WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

That the intending seller assured to the intending purchaser that he is the absolute
and rightful owner of the schedule property and hence with that right he is selling
the same to intending purchaser and that no person or concern has any right or title
with respect of the schedule property.

That in pursuance of above agreement the intending Purchaser have this day
agreement i.e. 26-08-2021 has Received a sum of Rs.9,70,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs
Seventy Thousand only).As an advance towards part of payment from the above
said total sale consideration and the vendor hereby admitted and acknowledge the
receipt of the said amount.
