OnGrid - Trust Platform
Platform and network approach, where data can be (i) submitted
digitally by organization user (eg. HR executive), (ii) submitted digitally
by the candidate through a simple self registration process. Checks
can also be requested digitally. Assets for an individual on the OnGrid
platform (data, documents, reports, references) can be re-used with
consent of individual.
Low cost due to higher standardization and automation in process and
methodology
Low TAT due to tech-enabled approach that leads to higher
automation and lesser time lost between two process steps. Asset
reuse can also lead to some checks becoming instant
Tech-enabled and digital-audit approach. For field address
verification, OnGrid verifiers use a mobile app, that enable data quality

For address verification, postal-PIN approach (less intrusive) and
video-KYC based approach also available.

SECTION 3 - CONSENT
OnGrid places the highest importance of compliance to privacy regulations, and consent of the individual for whom
verification happens on the OnGrid platform. The following consent language is recommended. This can be taken on
an appointment letter, T&C, or any other paper/electronic document signed by an employee / contractor / provider /
partner / user. For self-registration flow, OnGrid takes care of ensuring consent.

“I have no objection in sharing my personal information and documents, including but not limited to
Government issued ID, name, father’s name, gender, date of birth, addresses, mobile number, email,
education record(s), employment record(s), professional reference details with OnGrid (Handy Online
Solutions Private Limited), and I provide my consent to use this information for the purpose of background
