At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to:
a. Identify action words.
b. Determine the use of the verbs.
c. Construct sentence using common verbs.

LESSON PROPER

 Activity
The teacher will present a creative presentation about the short story “The outer
space adventure of Phineas and Ferb”. After the creative presentation prepared by the teacher.
She will then let the pupils identify the action verb from the story.
 Analysis
The teacher will guide the pupils in identifying the action words in the picture. Then,
the teacher will connect the identified action words to the new topic which is verb. The
teacher will further explain the meaning and present more examples about verbs.
 Application
The teacher will let the pupils to identify the action words inside the Word Hunt. The
teacher encourage pupils to cooperate the activity.

IV. EVALUATION
 The teacher will let the pupils to construct a sentence using the common verbs and
the teacher will evaluate if they do correctly.

V. Assignment
The teacher will let the pupils to answer the given worksheets at home.
