    Title of the Activity: CARD DAY AND DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED BOOKS AND NOTEBOOKS

    Activity Objectives:

    1. To recognize the effort of all the learners and to distribute the donated books and notebooks.

    Date: February 5, 2021

    Venue: Sto. Nino 3rd Elementary School

    Target Participants: Grade VI-Venus Parents

    Narrative Report:

    Last February 5, 2021, Card Day and distribution of donated books and notebooks was held at Sto. Nino
    rd
    3 Elementary School. All the parents of each learner attended the said activity to receive the awards of their children, to
    sign the card and also to receive the donated notebooks from Josel’s group of Company and the books as well.

    Attached are the pictures that the activity was done smoothly and successfully.
