been suggested by the manager to add their policy.

off- this is rarely done, and most commonly all air-conditioners are left running 24
hours per day.

after work air conditioners are we should to switched off. It is responsibility of the
last staff member leaving each day to turn off all air conditioners and lights.

send the all paper document on mails and fax.

 When the working hours heaters and air conditioners on must to closed door and

windows In the office area paper is not recycled so we have to reduce paper and use

mails and fax

 Lights are left on in office areas not being used or not energy saving, and computers
are on all days so every day after work we should switch off all lights. it is
responsibility of the last staff member.

 And make it practice turning off computer when you finished your work.

 Replace most lights bulbs with low energy light bulbs like LED s or CFL s. then after
reduce light bill. And take public transport to work after saving your patrol money cost

Activity 10

Sustainability focuses on meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability
of future generations to meet their needs. The concept of sustainability is composed of three
pillars: economic, environmental, and social—also known informally as profits, planet, and
people embedded. Sustainability is the incorporation of environ- mental, health, and social
value into the core business with no trade-off in price or quality – in other words, with no
social or green premium.

about Describe the program or initiative’s framework
or logic model
Focus the evaluation design - what the evaluation aims
to accomplish, how it
w ill do so, and how the findings will be used.
d. . Gather credible evidence- decide what evidence is, and what features
affect credibility of the evaluation, including
e. . Outline and implement an evaluation plan. Indicate how you will
f. Make sense of the data and justify conclusions. Indicate how each aspect of t he
evaluation will be met
g. Use the information to celebrate, make adjustments, and
communicate lessons learned
h. implementation timeline is a working document that lists activities,
responsible parties and estimated time for task execution. It may also
include costs, expected obstacles and objectives.
i. A milestone is a definite achievement that one can check has or has not
been achieved on a given day. The project plan consists of a timeline and
some milestones. The milestones are specific achievements, and are
attached to specific dates on the timeline.
We will focus on five global-scale environmental indicators: biological diversity, food
production, average global surface temperature and carbon dioxide concentrations in the
atmosphere, human population, and resource depletion. These key environmental indicators
help us analyze the health of the planet. Environmental key performance indicators are
quantitative measures - actual numbers - that put values on the environmental performance
of your business.

Examples of environmental KPIs

You can produce environmental KPIs using facts and figures which your business already
collects, such as:
● energy bills
● water bills
● purchasing records
● vehicle fuel use or vehicle mileage figures
● waste management bills
● travel receipts
An environmental KPI should be accompanied by:

● information on why it was included (its purpose and impact)

● how the information was obtained and calculated
● if any assumptions were made

Key performance indicators

● Suitability report and budget used by businesses to expend income in
some aspects.
● Electricity bill.
● Water bill.
● Corporate social responsibility report, and associated campaign with it.
● Record of data at various places

How to choose your environmental KPIs

You should report on KPIs that you are both directly and indirectly responsible for. For
example, you should report the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from your electricity
use, as well as the amount actually emitted directly from your own premises..

The government has produced a list of environmental KPIs that are relevant to
businesses. The four main environmental KPI areas are:

● emissions to air
● emissions to water
● emissions to land
● resource use
