First interaction was to dipstick the issues in hand. However, we could not arrive at a concrete
problem statement from the client and hence did not put it in assigned diagnosed model

First understanding of client’s ask: Internal/External/Technical Systems view of Group Effectiveness

Listening to the issues of the organisation, we can segment into internal view of group
effectiveness based on following: group productivity, personal need satisfaction of the members,
and the group's capacity for future cooperation.
