video. Nevada is the desert region in the United States. Nevada has 335 days
clear and strong sunlight. People residing in Nevada is using solar energy as
main source of energy to protect the environment and here most of the houses
has installed solar panel on the roof of the house as we can see in the video.
Moreover, due to the high charges of the solar rooftop installation, many

My initial judgement
I would like to take the side of SolarCity of Elon Musk. SolarCity is providing
the solar rooftops at the 0-down payment. Moreover, Elon Must is providing
solar panels at lower rate in comparison with Buffet’s company Nevada energy.
Benefits which are offered by SolarCity are more attractive, due to which
everyone has started installing solar panels at affordable rates offered by Elon
Must. This not only will save money but is very effective for the environment
also. Solar energy reduces the huge amount of the pollution which is emitted
by the companies supplying energy through coal.
Elon Musk’s Profile

Elon Reeve Musk was born on June 28th, 1971 in Pretoria, South
Africa. His mother was Canadian and father is South African. At 12 years
old he learned PC programming and sold BASIC-based computer game
for $500. He moved on from Pretoria Boys High School and finished his
essential training from Waterkloof House Preparatory and Bryanston
High School. After graduating, he applied for Canadian passport on the
basis of his Canadian-born mother. Afterwards he graduated in 1997 in
Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in physics.

environmentally friendly raw material to manufacture their products.
They should contribute some amount of the money to organize the
event to make people aware about the environment protection and
importance of the environment.
Employees
 To make business more successful employees plays major role in the
organization. Give employment to the people and let them enjoy the
friendly environment of the organization. SolarCity and Nevada Energy
should provide jobs to the local people and job securities, secondly
timely salaries to all the employees without pay cut, and discrimination
free environment. Other advantages also like paid holidays, health
insurance, bonus shares and many more.

Nevada Energy are the two most leading company in the US of the solar
products. SolarCity belongs to the Elon Musk business and Nevada
Energy is the part of Warren Buffet business. These two companies are
competing with each other in the Nevada.
REFLECTION
 I personally learned a lot of new things after completing this assignment
(responsibility to the stakeholders). Firstly, I learned many things about
Elon Musk and Warren Buffet. How they became successful and behind
this success they have struggled a lot for this position where they stand
