1] Who are the stakeholders in this project?

Stake holders for Amadubi project are : Department of forest , Jharkhand state
electricity board , Minister of tourism, UNDP, Government of India, Government
of Jharkhand, District commissioner , Sub division officer, and all those
associated with the Kalamandir ,NGO etc.

2 Identify the major activities of the project with its immediate predecessors?

The major activities of Amadubi project is planning, construction , architectural,


design to tourist block . Which reflected the traditional tribal art and craft work
instinct to their village life, entry road, drinking water, toilets facilities, training for
horticulture, floriculture, sericulture vegetable plantation etc.

3] Based on Q2, draw the project network diagram?

State Government approval kalamandir activities

4] Evaluate the return on investment on the project?

The Amadubi project was responsibility by the kalamandir but major challenges
are : working capital , institution support , villagers did not know anything about
the financial management, so the Ghosh has been thinking it’s not good in rural
area and no return on investment.

5] Should the rural tourism project be located in a city [Jamshedpur]or in the


villages [away from the city]?

The rural tourism project is not good to villages because it is facing problem it
may be in working capital, etc.
6] Did the development of Amadubi-Rural Tourism Project continue according to
standard project management technique?

The rural project is not possible according to the budget allocated by the
Government and difficult project implementation, many quarries and allocated
budget for the project is the 50 lacks and problems facing like a electricity, water
and the toilets.

7] Was Kalamandir the right agency for implementing the rural tourism project
at Amadubi?

Yes Kalamandir is right agency for implementing the project why because it was
taken initiation and encourage and conserver local traditional art practices as well
as creating income opportunities for the people of Amadubi ,apart from local
produce of rice ,fruits and vegetables the porous sandy soil could not hold water
for long time as same like transportation ,telecommunication ,electricity which
was yet to be established and toilets for households, drinking water facility were to
be provided.

8] Who should implement this project?

Indian government approved to develop a rural project and it may be local


traditional art practices as creating income opportunities for the people, working
capital , for long time as like transportation ,telecommunication ,electricity which
was yet to be established and toilets for households, drinking water facility were to
be provided.
9]What were the major problems faced by the kalamandir?

Kalamandir officials said the project was facing the problems like:

 Problems on working capital


 Problems on institutional support
 The villagers did not know anything about the project
 Lack of electricity supply
 Difficult to provide air conditioners, coolers and cold water to the tourists.
Lack of arrangements for the power generators, power fans, lights .

 Difficult to store perishable products like milk


 Problems in summer .

Ghosh had been thinking about this project and he had called for the
meeting to discuss the various issues based on the earlier experience of the
Amadubi had it been a bad idea to promote rural tourism in Amadubi was the
project is infeasible ,project management problems ,should Klamandir have
taken up the project in the first place the current state is depends on the decision
of Ghosh.
