Leadership maps are a valuable reflective tool for emerging leaders.

They
help leaders develop self-awareness and a growth mindset while revealing
areas of opportunity for improvement. You will review the results of the self-
assessments you've completed .
Use a visual presentation tool of your choice to make a map of the traits,
skills, and strengths and weaknesses you have identified about yourself as
a leader.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
 Personality Traits: List your key leadership personality traits based on self-reflections
and relevant assessment results from course resources.
 Communication Skills: Identify strengths and weaknesses in your communication skills.
 Leadership Style: Identify the leadership styles or approaches you relate to most closely.
 Career Goals and Development: Identify your professional goals and opportunities for
career and leadership development.
Below is my BIG 5 Assessment :
 Openness: curious, original, intellectual, creative
 You scored moderately low on openness (23 out of 50).
 You probably prefer a balance between old and new ways of doing things but tend to lean
more toward traditions. You're more practical than creative. And while you are sometimes
open to new experiences, such as trying exotic foods, you still have some initial skepticism or
resistance to big changes.
 Conscientiousness: organized, achievement-oriented, dependable
 You scored high on conscientiousness (45 out of 50).
 You are most likely organized and persistent and tend to think about the future consequences
of your actions. You're a rule-follower, in general, and care about appearances and
cleanliness. However, you may also be prone to perfectionism and have a tendency toward
being a workaholic. Other people likely perceive you as goal-oriented and reliable but also as
rigid or uptight.
 Extraversion: outgoing, talkative, sociable
 You scored moderately high on extraversion (33 out of 50).
 You're probably often described as outgoing and social, but you also find yourself needing
time alone. You maintain a healthy balance between the two extremes of this personality trait.
You likely feel energized in groups or when giving presentations, but you may not feel the
need to be the center of attention at all times. You can be assertive when you need to, but
you're also quite capable of listening or holding back when appropriate.
 Agreeableness: affable, tolerant, sensitive, trusting, kind
 You scored high on agreeableness (40 out of 50).
 You're probably very polite, considerate, and willing to help. You generally see the good in
others and have few enemies, and others probably describe you as very likable. You probably
have a hard time saying "no" and your tendency to see the good in people may make you
gullible at times.
 Neuroticism: anxious, irritable, temperamental, moody
 You scored low on neuroticism (20 out of 50).
 You're more likely to focus on the positive things in life and take issues in stride. You not only
help encourage others but can also help stabilize a group. You're able to think calmly in
stressful situations and you can probably think through a problem rationally or logically before
reacting.

SELF-ASSESSMENT
You scored 27.
You lean toward a democratic or participative style of leadership. You tend
to set the parameters for the work and have the final say on decisions, but
you actively involve your team members in the process.

This style can build trust between you and your people, as they'll likely feel
engaged and valued. But it's not great in a high-pressure situation that
requires a fast turnaround, as it will slow you down. And, if you dislike
disagreement or conflict, you might struggle with how people respond to
consultation.
