usually economic, goal. It is hard in a team if there’s no unity and will be a problem. A team is said to a
group of people who work together while depending in each other together with cooperating each
other in order to satisfy to accomplish common objective or goal. A team can be create to achieve
long term and/or short term objectives. The cooperativeness of the members becomes one of the
problem because some of the members are tend to rely on others or just don’t give importance. A
Team so called will be useless if the others is just depending. Teamwork is essential to success and
growth.
