SUBJECT : Spot Report, Re: Shooting Incident (MURDER)

2. At about 2:30 PM of November 25, 2021, personnel of Opol MPS led by PLT JIMENE
BAGAS and under the supervision of PMAJ MICHAEL SALVADOR RAMOS LACASAN, OIC
responded to a shooting incident at Zone 9, Kamingawan, Patag, Opol, Misamis Oriental.

3. That upon arrival of the responding personnel at the scene, one (1) unidentified female
victim around 60 years old was found faced down on the ground, bloodied with gunshot wounds
& already lifeless.

4. Crime scene processing was conducted by SOCO 10 led by PLT JAMESON ALVIOR
JR. and it was found out that the victim sustained two (2) gunshot wounds to the body and one
(1) on her face. Recovered at the crime scene were two (2) pcs fired bullet (Slugs) of caliber .45
pistol and two (2) pcs fired cartridge case (empty shells of same caliber pistol.

5. Responding PNP personnel are now currently conducting follow-up investigation for
identification of the victim and suspect including the motive.
