Macadamia Rocky Road Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Macadamias
3/4 Cup Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Glaze Cherries
1/4 Cup Coconut
2 Cups Chocolate (to be melted)

Equipment
9 x 13 Baking Tray
Saucepan
Large Mixing Bowl
Chopping Board
Small Chefs Knife

Instructions
1. Chop the Macadamias and Cherries into small chunks.
2. Combine the Macadamias, Marshmallows, Cherries and Coconut into a
large mixing bowl.
3. Chop and then melt the chocolate via a double boiler.
4. Pour the combined Macadamias, Marshmallows, Cherries and Coconut
into the baking tray.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the baking tray. Smooth over
the top with a spoon to make sure it is all even.
6. Refrigerate until set, and then slice into chunks.
