Hi, welcome back to Beats News I'm Olivia Elliott with your hot topics of the week. covid is
not only affecting Christmas celebrations but young drivers as well with a delay up to three
3 months in booking driving tests as the backlog from 2020 is starting to catch up with us.
We have recently been looking into toxic relationships and how it is starting to affect the
younger generation. We have spoken to a student at Henley college about their experiences
with toxic relationships at a young age. It is have been announced that the live show for I
am a celebrity has been cancelled for the 3rd time in a row, after extreme weather
conditions. Adele’s recent single Easy on me is battling for number 1 for the 7 th week in a
row.
During the pandemic many people have had to postpone their driving lessons so they have
all been on a backlog. The number of practical driving tests that have taken place in the
third quarter of the year was half the figures since the covid 19 pandemic. In March 2020 all
driving lessons had to stop and only re-started in July the same year in England and Wales.
Unfortunately, hundreds of people have had their tests cancelled or rescheduled years in
advanced! Many learners are furious that their driving tests have been cancelled because
they are going to have to continue to pay for driving lessons to keep their skills up to date.
We can only hope that things can start to catch up.

Toxic relationships are not only impacting the older generation but also the younger
generation. We have sent Millie Ray Double to speak to a young student at Henley college
about the issue.

On Friday 26 of November the I am a celebrity camp mates were removed from the castle
due to extreme weather conditions caused by storm Arwen. And the series was taken off air
for 4 days. Storm Arwen has caused serious damage to the production. The celebrities were
forced to go into solo quarantine. Fans are devasted by the show being cancelled however
the I am a celebrity team has made up compilations of the show to keep the fans
entertained whilst the storm passing and the team can return back to filming.

Battling with Arrdee for number 1 of the charts Adele is set for the 7 th week in a row at
number 1. Ardee’s new song flowers is thought to be number 1, however Adele’s recent
single Easy on me has still taken top spot. Not only has her single been a massive hit but her
new album 30 has skyrocketed world-wide with 55.7 million streams.
