10~20 *Ice and water:


1. Tag team (Red team) students touch the other team students.
2. If you were touched, you must not move (Ice).
When your teammate touched your body, you must move and run away. (Water)
3. The game time is 3 to 5 minutes.
20~30 *Fish net:
1. Tag students hold the hands and touch the other students.
2. When the student was touched, the student will be tag student.
3. If tag student’s number are 4 students, they have to separate in half.
4. The game time is 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Run fast and dodging from others.
3. Don’t touch strongly to other students.

1. Make a obstacles track.
2. Dived the students into 2 teams and competition each team.
1st area→ Walking area. 2nd area→Zigzag running. 3rd area→Skip

10~20 *Long rope: 1. Snake (side swing and vertical swing).

∟Rotate a rope and run forward. Jump the rope while running.
4. Cross and cross over.

10~20 *Dhonkeyo tag:
1. Tag student touches other students. If you were touched, you must not move
and must raise both hands. (Dhonkeyo). When another student touched your
body, you must put one hand down.
2. When another student touched your body again, you must put your hand down
and must move. The game time is 3 to 5 minutes.
20~30 *Tail tag:
1. All students put on tails and take the other students’ tails. A student who took
the most tails is win. ‘The game time is 3 to 5 minutes’ .

1. Set in various postures and close your eyes, and wait for the teacher’s signal.
2. When a teacher blows a whistle, you can start to run.

- Run fast as soon as possible and pass a baton to the next student.
∟A next runner waits for a previous runner in front of the line. The previous
runner passes the baton to the next runner. After that, the runner can run.

1. Listen carefully a teacher's start signal.
2. Run with a baton on your left hand and the student who is waiting receives it
with the right hand.

: Ball holding player → Treasure
Throw a ball to field players. If hit the ball to field player, change the player
positions. The player moves with holding ball.

Escape from the ball. If you are hit a ball, change the player positions. All players
can’t go over the play area.
20~30 *Police and Thief
: Police → Touch the thief team and send them to a jail. Defence a treasure from
the thief team, but can’t enter the line.
: Thief → Take a treasure, but you must not arrest. If you were touched, you
have to go to a jail. If you can touch your teammates who are arrested
in the jail, they can run away.
