Start Application

• Click On the AIS icon on the screen (I)

• Then starts with Splash Screen (II)
• Latest version will be shown on the Splash Screen

In you first login (after installation) .setup window will appear and your location should be configured.

Steps

• Enter the Code (get from Delmege IT) as the location code and press load (I)
• Then you will see your name (II)
• If its correct press the Save
• Else conatct the Delmege IT

1) Location

You can verify your location/Name is correct

 2) Sales Items

This function is used to Issue item to the other party

3) Transfer

Use to transfer Item(S) to other location

• Scan Item (s)
• Click finish to transfer / click Scan again to scan more items
• If Finish Location selection window will be appeared
• After click on the Selected Location need to confirm transfer by clicking confirm

• Then It show the success message with transfer note

 4) Return

Get sold item back to inventory – valid for own sold items only

Scan the Item If it was sold from your location it will be added to the stock successfully other wise it
show the message
5) Accept TFR Items

Use to get items In which are transferred from other location to you

• This show the all transfers which are available to your acceptance

• By clicking on the transfer order you will see all serial Number. Then you can tic one by one with
checking physical received Items and click Accept

5) My In transit Items

Use to check transfer note with item(S) which you have transferred but not accept from other party
(pending)

• By click on here it show with the transfer order no

 • By click on the Transfer order you can see the serial numbers

6) Sold Items

To check list of the Item that you have sold

• You can see Item list category wise with including

o Serials
o Date and time

7) My Stock

To Show your current balance stock

• This shows the current stock with Item qty(s) as a expandable list

available Serials

8) Contacts

Use to call to Consignees / Sales

• You can call to number directly by tipping on the call icon
