It is my intenshion to conveyed my earnest regret for any annoyance you may have

been exposed in the past month, with respect to the disconnection of your Direct Subbscriber

Line service.

Your displeasure has put my attention through a letter which I understood when I

returned from my leave of absence in the foregoing week. I searched through your records an

assimilation that your payment at January 9, 2019 was not reflect in our accounts database.

My excuse is that we had system problems during the previus days and therefour sustained

backloggs in terms of updating our paymenmts database. Thus, our disconnection

department report that you had payments that are overdued.

As a sign of earnest apolojies, we will be given you a reward of two months free DSL

service.
