Brief explanation of the
task assigned
1. Making an excel sheet of new and old locker numbers
2. Filling up the credit card forms
3. Given a document of business opportunities and catchment
area of our branch to read.
4. Target was assigned to Call 200 customers and to inform
about their pre-approved personal loan.

 5. Explained about RTGS and NEFT. And given forms of
current and saving account to fill up.
6. Made cover pages and stick on the files to make things work
easy.
Brief explanation of On the very first day, I was given the work on excel. In which I
how the task was done have to write the old numbers and new numbers of bank lockers in
excel sheet. Then we were given a document to read regarding
business opportunities of our branch and catchment area. Got to
know about RTGS and NEFT. One of the employee explained the
brief meaning of RTGS and NEFT. Then we were taught how to
fill credit card form and got to know what are the requirements for
credit card form filling. I made a lot cover page for many files like
name of the account holder, account number, and purpose of the
file to sort the things easy and efficiently.
Difficulties in meeting There were no such difficulties faced as it was interesting learning
the current goals and performing new things.

Task(s) for the next SWOT analysis of our branch, information about loans i.e.
fortnight MSME, housing education and car loan, and we need to take out
the CIBIL score of the customer and new account opening.
