一、 概述 Summary

双电源智能监控设备（以下简称集中控制设备）是采用嵌入式操作系统并
配以 10 .2 寸 工业级液晶显示屏和其它外部设备组成，经过二总线与多个双
电源智能控制器与现场 ATS 开关相连进行通信的装置。
Dual power intelligent monitoring equipment (hereinafter referred to as
centralized control equipment) is the use of embedded operating system and
with 10 .2 inch industrial grade LCD display and other external components,
through the two bus with a number of dual-power intelligent controller and
on-site ATS Switch connected to the communication device.

双电源智能监控系统采用总线制结构设计，通过 RS485 标准 MODBUS 通

讯规约组构网络（双绞线传输通讯），与多台集中监控设备相联，一台集中监
控设备通过二总线与最大监控容量达 256 点双电源智能控制器相联（可满足
各种规模的工程应用），从实现监视配电系统的电源工作状态、投切故障识
别、报警信息记录及打印等功能。
Dual power intelligent monitoring system uses the bus system structure
design, through the RS485 standard MODBUS communication protocol
fabric network (twisted pair transmission communication), and a number of
centralized monitoring equipment associated with a centralized monitoring
equipment through the two bus with the largest monitoring capacity of 256-

distribution system working state, switching fault recognition, alarm

三、 双电源监控设备的连接组网方式

 布线组网时注意：
：Pay attention to when wiring network

总线一定要采取“ 手牵手式 ” 的总线结构，坚决杜绝星型连接和分叉连

接（树形连接）。即监控管理的电脑主机接 1 号监控器，2 号接 1 号，3 号
接 2 号，依次类推 ……

通讯总线 487+ 和 487- 一定要互为双绞，双绞是因为 487 通讯采用差模通

讯原理，双绞的抗干扰性最好。不采用双绞线，会影响数据通讯的稳定性。

 监控设备通过二总线可直接组网，至多支持 256 个智能控制器点数
量，在组网中长距离布线会有信号线损问题，导致设备通讯不正常。通常
100 米之内可以监控 512 个监控点，600 米～1000 米之内可以监控 64 个
监控点，依此类推。若在复杂地形分布监控网点，或需延长监控点距离，
需采用分支器来分支监控点的方式。

屏幕触摸方法：
用手指或软性胶笔触摸显示屏有效部位：如按钮空白输入框，选择框等，
在每次触摸有效时会有蜂鸣器“嘀”声提示。触摸时请不要有尖利的物
品点击触摸屏，以免损坏触摸屏。

2、LED 状态指示灯功能说明 LED Status Indicator Function

Description
①主电指示灯
指示工作供电状态，当主电正常时，设备由主电供电，此时主电指示
灯常亮为绿色，表示主电源有效，灯灭表示主电源无效（例如：停电
），设备采用电池供电 工作。
① main power indicator

消音键 Mute key 当装置检测到有故障信息时，会伴有相应的故障、报警声
音，此键可暂时消音。但是消音后如果再有新的故障或报警
信息时声音会重新启动。When the device detects a fault

alarm sound, this key can be temporarily muted.But the
silence will re-start if there is a new fault or alarm message.

1、系统管理

点击登入密码，弹出如图：

 说明：
密码权限管理：设备提供了 2 种密码，都是 6 位数字。
超级用户密码：（不可变更），密码为 592246，对监控设备具有全部操作权限，
用于安装施工单位使用管理用户密码: （出厂值 123456，登入后可以进行设置、
修改）注意：在使用过程中，依据工程情况要求，务必注意密码的保密性和密
码用途。
Introductions：
Password Authority: The device provides two kinds of passwords, all 6 digits.
The super user password: (can not be changed), the password is 592246，has
all the operation over the monitoring device, Used to install the construction unit
using the administrative user password: (the factory value of 123456, to modify
Settings after log in.)
Note: in the process of using, accordance with the requirements of
engineering cases, it is important to note the confidentiality of the password and
secret code uses.

⑴密码设置
管理员初使密码设置——点击“新密码”的对话框——输入所要设置的密码，点
击“确认密码”对话框，重复一次输入所置的密码，——最后点击左下角的“确
定”按钮保存所设置的密码，密码即设置成功。

⑵密码修改
管理员的密码修改。先点击“原密码”对话框输入以前所用的密码——再按设置
新密码的方法分别在“新密码”与“确认密码”对话框输入修改后的新密码——
最后点击左下角的“确定”按钮保存所设置

⑶日期时间设置
用于监控设备的时间设置。分别点击“年 月 日 时 分 秒”的对话框进入键盘区进
行设置后按“确认”键完成设置。

⑷用户登陆方法
点击“登入密码框”——弹出“键盘对话框”——输入密码后按确认按钮——
“登入界面”点击登入完成登入操作（界面左上角会显示“登入”）——所有设
置完成后按“退出”键。

对全部双电源控制器开关工作状态进行实时监控，点击下一页及上一页查看不同
位置的设备，不用时按退出到主页面。

⑴应在电脑记事本中填写好分机号及安装部位,注册中文名字数量最多 8 个字,英文
为 16 个字母 例如：

点击“设备注册”，此时安装部位会提示设备正在导入，最后提示导入成功，再
按“退出”。

查看设备所发生的故障，点击上页及下页，查看要打印的设备地址点打印后点退
出。

触摸点击屏幕的参数管理，弹出如下图：

点击设备地址，弹出 键盘，按地址码，确认后按”CANCEI”退出，要查
看点查看参数，要修改你需要的参数，按确定键进行设置，最后按退出。

 、设备控制 Equipment control

触摸点击屏幕的设备控制，弹出如下图：

点击设备地址，弹出键盘进行输入，确认后按“CAMCEI”退出。
点击读取数据查看电压、电流及开关工作状态。要手动控制切换，点击手动再点
A 投入及断开 B 投入。只在手动模式能对控制器控制切换。

"CAMCEI" to exit.
Click read data to view voltage, current and switch working status. To manually

十、注意事项 precautions
报警发生时，可先做“消音”处理，根据显示屏的内容，判断故障类型，再对供
电电路进行隐患排除，隐患排除以后进行复位操作，使双电源监控设备恢复正常
工作状态。

每次故障处理后，应对发生故障的时间、类型及处理方式等内容进行记录，以便
日后可查询（本双电源监控设备可以自动记录）。
未经本公司同意，任何人员不得拆开双电源监控设备或进行维修。
双电源监控设备应在其主要技术特性下工作，监控设备属于精密仪器仪。

the power supply circuit ,after hidden rule out then reset operation, so that dual
power monitoring equipment back to normal working condition.
After the fault is handled, the time, type, and processing mode of the fault should
be recorded so that it can be queried in the future (the dual power monitoring
device can record automatically).
Without the consent of our Company, no person shall disassemble the dual
power monitoring equipment or carry out maintenance. Dual power monitoring
equipment should work under its main technical characteristics, monitoring
equipment is a precision instrument.

十一、使用和操作 Use and operation

监控设备投运后为长期连续工作，运行中可根据需要随时检查各种运行数据。

data.

1） 消音
按‘‘消音’’键用以消除报警声响。
1）Mute
Press the "Mute" key to cancel the alarm sound.
2） 复位
按“复位”键可使监控设备恢复常态，但在开关转换失败报警后，
故障尚未消除时按“复位”键无效。
2）Reset
Press "Reset" button to restore the normal monitoring equipment, but failed to
switch transfer failure, the failure has not been eliminated by pressing the
"Reset" button is invalid.
3）自检
按“自检”键，可对监控设备内部电路的电气完好性进行检查。此时监控设备面
板上所有指示灯应点亮，同时蜂鸣器发出响声。
3）Self-test

十二、保养和维修 Maintenance and repair

1） 监控设备属配电设备内的二次器件，可按配电箱柜二次器件日常维护保养计划
的要求同等列入。
2） 监控设备在持续运行中宜每周进行一次自检。

distribution equipment, according to the secondary distribution device cabinet
routine maintenance requirements included in the plan.
2)In continuous operation of monitoring equipment should be weekly self-
inspection.

十三 、运输、储存 transportation and storage
1) 监控设备内置锂电池,根据国际民航组织《危险物品安全航空运输技术细则》禁
止携带或航空托运,请务必遵守！
1)Monitoring equipment Built-in lithium battery, according to the ICAO
"dangerous goods safety air transport technical rules" prohibited to carry or air
consignment, be sure to abide by!
2）监控设备为纸盒包装，运输中应避免剧烈振动、碰撞、暴晒和受潮。
2)Monitoring equipment is packed with a paper box.Try to avoid dramatic
shake,impact,exposure to the sun and moisture.
3）监控设备应储存在干燥的室内环境，地方应清洁，其环境温度为-40℃～
85℃，相对湿度不超过 85%，且空气中不含有足以引起腐蚀的有害物质，储存时
间常温不应超过 36 个月。
3)The monitoring equipment should be stored in a dry,clean indoor place with
temperature around -40℃～85℃,RH not over 85% and air free of corrosive and
harmful substance.It should not be stored for over 16 months.

十四、其它 Reminder
1）友好提醒: 配电箱柜成套厂规划设计安装好该产品进入施工现场后,应有责任对
该产品做好保护措施,应特别注意并预防施工现场 泥沙灰尘,滴水,污泥 ,金属粉末渗
入该设备,以免对该设备造成损失。

1)Kindly reminder:When designing the product and before mobilizing the device
to the construction field,power distribution box (cabinet)(electrical complete set
factory) is responsible for taking proper protective measures,especially to
prevent penetration of dust,water,mud or metal powder into the device in the
construction area to prevent damage to the product.
2）本产品应在配电箱柜成套厂组织生产前提供，以便成套厂规划设计布置及安装
接线。成套厂对本产品安装接线有疑问时应及时与我公司联系。
2)The product can be provided before the electrical complete set factory
organize of production,in order to planning ,design and proper wiring.If any doubt

about the product prior to electrical installation and connection & construction,
should consult our company.

十五：电脑密码柜锁说明书
Computer passwords cabinet lock instruction
密码锁出厂初始密码是“1234” 按“＃”键，（长音”嘀”—声）
后,顺时针转动旋钮开锁。
Password Lock factory initial password is "1234", press "#" key (long sound "Di"
- sound), turn the knob clockwise to unlock.
密码设置方法：输入原密码 →按“*” 键 →再输入新密码 →按“＃”键进行确认,
新密码生效；密码可由 1---15 位数字组成，断电可以长期保持。

password can be composed of 1 -- 15 digits, power can be maintained for a long
time.
开锁： 在键盘上输入已设置的密码，每按一位密码均有声光提示，表示此键输入
有效。输入正确密码后，按“＃”键,指示灯亮，将有长音（嘀--）声提示。此时
密码锁开启，可顺时针转动旋扭开门。如开锁期间 3 秒不转动旋钮，密码锁将自
动复位上锁。若输入的密码不正确，则有双音（嘀嘀）提示，表示输入错误，操
作无效，须重新输入正确密码。
Unlock: Enter the set password on the keyboard, each press a password are
sound and light tips, that this key input is valid. Enter the correct password, press
"#" key, the indicator light, there will be a long sound (Di -) sound prompt. At this
point the password lock open, you can turn the knob clockwise to open the door.
If the lock does not turn the knob during 3 seconds, the password lock will
automatically reset lock. If the input password is not correct, there is a two-tone
(beep) prompt, indicating that the input error, the operation is invalid, re-enter the
correct password.
上锁：关闭柜门，逆时针转动旋扭即可上锁。

注意：密码锁可不安装电池,但必须接入设备供电电源。

技术服务：当您不慎遗忘密码时，请与设备经销商或厂家联系,使用特殊解码装置
解码。插入解码装置进行读码，插入解码装置后，提示输入解码装置的权限密码
(初始密码“8888”)，进入功能菜单后，按解码装置的“*”键选择解码条目，然
后触发密码锁键盘的任一键，再按解码装置的“＃”键开始解码，解码成功会有
“嘀”一声长音，屏幕上提示解码成功。
