Q 2 (a) Derive the dynamic equation of motion for SDOF with critically damped. (5)
(b) A damped system has a maximum velocity of 200m/s and the natural period is 1sec.If the initial
displacement is 10mm. Determine amplitude, initial velocity and maximum acceleration. (5)
