MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This agreement is made and entered into this 25th of November, 2021 by and between:

Association of Legal Management Majors, herein referred to as ALMMa, duly represented by

KING EVAGGELOU CABAGUIO Executive President, and ANGEL JOY LIWAG, Vice President
for External Affairs.

– and –

UST Legal Management Society, herein referred to as UST-LMS, duly represented by ANDRE
HANS Y. JAGOLINO, Vice President for External Affairs.

WHEREAS, UST-LMS has recognized ALMMa as a PUBLICITY PARTNER for What Type of
Lawyer Are You: The Green Lawyer to be held on December 6, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM,
via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

WHEREAS, ALMMa has agreed and accepted the PUBLICITY PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE
offered by the UST-LMS with the following stipulations:

1. Obligations of UST-LMS
a. UST-LMS and 5 members must like and/or follow all of ALMMa‘s official social
media accounts.
b. UST-LMS shall provide 5 additional likes and shares on a publicity material of
ALMMa’s choice.
c. UST-LMS shall bill ALMMa in its online publication materials using the statement
“Special thanks to...”
d. UST-LMS shall include ALMMa’s logo in all of the official publication materials of
the event.
e. UST-LMS shall recognize ALMMa in a post together with other partners as official
partners in all social media accounts of UST-LMS.
f. UST-LMS shall acknowledge ALMMa as an official organization partner before,
during, and after the event proper.

2. Obligations of ALMMa
a. ALMMa and 10 members must like and/or follow all of UST-LMS’ official social
media accounts.
b. ALMMa must share the main event poster on the organization’s official Facebook
page.
c. ALMMa must cross-post at least 3 publication materials on the organization’s
Facebook and Twitter pages.
d. ALMMa must provide 10 Facebook reacts and shares, 10 Twitter retweets and
likes, and 10 IG likes and shares on other official publicity materials of the event.
e. ALMMa must provide 1 to 3 representatives to attend the event.

This agreement shall be binding upon the signing of the representatives of both organizations
and shall immediately be terminated at the completion of the said event.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Memorandum of Agreement to be
executed, signed on the 25th of November, 2021.
