ALREADY HAS THAT WILL HELP IT DEVELOP
INTO A GLOBAL CITY.
Tuguegarao city has the capacity to get into the tourist
business. It is difficult to visit the Philippines and notice how
the country is tourist. In this concept, tuguegarao has a high
chance of tourism not only in the Philippines, but also around
the world. In fact, the city has already established a good
repute as a stable destination, meaning if they promote itself
appropriately, it has the potential to be one of the few locations
available on tourist catalogues. And one of the advantages of
tuguegarao is have a potential to be a global city because the
city because the city also has an airport which has accelerated
the communication and trade of the two countries.
A community’s physical development is a gauge of its
economic capabilities. Tuguegarao city is obviously becoming
a highly urbanized community as evidenced by its physical
attributes. However, development comes with great
responsibility. Hence, the local government of the city of
tuguegarao continues to achieve not only a booming, but
responsible community.

OF THIS MISSING INFRASTRUCTURE.
Not only are buildings lacking in Tuguegarao city but also
public health. And despite the consequences of missing public
health infrastructure results in poor nutrition, pollution-related
health and communications diseases, poor sanitation and
housing conditions, and related health conditions.

TUGUEGARAO NEEDS TO MAKE IT A HUB FOR
DEVELOPMENT.
To make it a center of development Tuguegarao needs to
provide quality services related to ensuring compliance and
improving the lives of its residents by building schools and
having sufficient and efficient equipment to provide good
education to the students and another is to provide scholarships
to the students who do not have sufficient financial to study
also the Tuguegarao City Government sustains a scholarship
program for students inclined in culture and the arts. It
provides the recipients not only of matriculation fees but also
allowances on the basis of their talents and skills.
For smooth business transactions the government creates
programs and projects that aim to update technologies in
communication. Infrastructure projects such as road widening
projects, drainage systems, and farm-to-market roads are part
of the priorities of the administration for the comfort and
convenience of its residents, visitors and guests

DESCRIBE THE TYPES OF INDUSTRIES THAT

TUGUEGARAO COULD ATTRACT IF THE CORRECT
TYPES OF INVESTMENTS WERE MADE.
Tuguegarao can be attractive through its own airport where it
is able to service various international flights entering the
Philippines and as such it will be the way for tuguegarao to
become a global city. And another reason why tuguegaro is so
attractive is because of businesses such as agricultural tourism,
beaches, hotels, restaurants, and the casinos that are visited by
different visitors from different places. And Tourism is a good
opportunity to attract more visitors who will spend more
money inside the city borders, contributing to economic
growth for Tuguegarao residents. Furthermore, if there are so
much natural materials are available to buy, it will appear to be
a found naturally place.
