means that it can become some sort of central hub for trade between these two
countries while also exporting globally to other countries through Manila or Cebu.

Another advantage of Tuguegarao is its ability to tap into the industry of tourism.
It is impossible to go anywhere in the Philippines without seeing how touristic the
country is. With this idea, it is extremely likely for Tuguegarao to become a tourist hub
not only within the Philippines but also worldwide. The city has already established a
solid reputation for being an eco-tourism hot spot which means that if they market
themselves correctly, it could become one of those places you see on those travel
brochures.

flights coming into the Philippines. The airport has become a key point of development
for this city which is one of the poorest in Northern Luzon. With an estimated nine-
million people living within its boundaries, one would imagine that there are many
businesses located here as well as tourists visiting from around the world. However, if
something isn’t done to make this city more attractive to investors and establish
industries that will attract these types of visitors, Tuguegarao will not be taken seriously
by anyone outside of it’s bounds.

Tuguegarao can attract industries or businesses like tourism, agriculture,

industries that produce natural resources and the financial industry. They can adapt
international businesses like casinos, hotels and restaurants. If this is done, investors
will take Tuguegarao seriously and more people will visit it. Tourism is a great way to
attract a larger number of visitors who will spend money within the city’s limits, which
in turn creates more jobs for the citizens of Tuguegarao. Also, if more natural resources
are available for purchase in the city it will make it seem like a naturally occurring area
instead of an area full of man-made constructions
