1. Teacher says: Good morning class, everyone come to the center. We will be having circle
time so we can go over on what we will be doing today. “I will be singing but class
please listen no talking. Remember just listening class”.

Game Time:
19. Now that we all know the song. We will be playing a fun game. Everyone gets up and
stand in front of your chair. Now hold the hand of both of your classmates next to you.
We are going to be sing the first phase as well as walking into the middle of the circle.
(Teacher is included) Remember not to let go of your classmate's hand.
20. On the second phrase I will be choosing two students to pick up one of their hands
together making a tip of a star. Teacher let go of one of the student's hands and goes
under the two students' hand that are making the tip of the star. All students follow and
sing at that the same time.

21. Everyone should end up backwards on how they started. Now close the circle again.
Keep holding your classmates' hands and step backwards into the center while singing.
Please be careful class.
22. Now let go of the other student's hand and another two students to pick up one of their
hands together making a tip of a star. Teacher goes under the two students' hand that are
making the tip of the star. All students follow and sing at that the same time.

23. Everyone should end up back to how they started in the beginning facing each other.
Now close the circle again. Keep holding your classmates' hands and step towards the center
while singing. Please be careful class.

Thank you for listening and following instructions class. Most of all thank you for respecting
each other and not pulling, pushing or hurting each other when doing this activity. Now that we
know how to work together, we will be having many other fun activities just like this one.
Educational Objective: By the end of this lesson, students will have learned the Shoo fly song.
They would have learned to listen and follow instructions. As well as work together and respect
each other while having fun at the same time.
