I would like to introduce myself as an applicant for the General Dentist position in Dazzle Dental
Care. I have three years of strong clinical experience that gave me various experiences in treating
patients, performing dental procedures, as well as proposing diagnoses and treatment plans.
There I obtained a great joy by working with patients, doing everything I can to aid in their
healing and get them healthy.

As a recent graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles’s DDS program, I have used
my time in dental school to gain experiences in many branches of dentistry through externships,
volunteer experiences, research programs, and dental organizations. As a result, I have been
recognized as a quick learner and a punctilious person. During one of my externship experience,
I helped Dr. Emma Watson to provide diagnosis, plan treatments, and educate around 10 patients
everyday about oral hygiene. There I was recognized for my skill on using advanced dental
techniques and equipments and problem solving. I am looking forward to work in a supportive
environment where I can contribute to the practice growth while broadening my skill and
knowledge of dental topics and procedures.

Working with patients off all ages have helped me improved my adaptability and communication
skills. With my capability of speaking Bahasa, Korean, and Mandarin, I often became the
translator between the patients and the dental team. From my previous experiences, I found that
the best treatment plan can be decided from building connection with each patient by discuss and
listen to their concerns. I believe that my experiences and capabilities will add value to your
team and makes me an excellent candidate.

I am looking forward to get the opportunity to provide the range of comprehensive dental
treatment to people of all ages while increase my skills in dental fields. Thank you for your time

With the amount of patients that the Dazzle Dental Care handled with daily, it is vital
for the dental care to try to reduce the time patients spend in waiting room. Patients
are prone to forget their appointments due to other business they had. That is why it is
best for the Dazzle Dental Care staff to be proactive with follow-up phone calls to
avoid the patients who make it a habit of canceling or not showing up at all for
appointments, that lead to wastage of time or even unwanted costs. With this, the staff
could provide the estimate time of how much longer it may be before the patient see
the dentist.

Communication plays a big role in giving the best experiences for the patients. It will
be impactful for the dental care to engage more with the patients. The first thing a
dental care could do to engage with the patients is to talk and listen about their
concerns. The thing that most patients concerned about is the treatment cost. That is
why it will be prominent for the patient if the dental care care to provide the
informations about dental insurances and be transparent about the treatment costs.
During the engagement with a patient, the dental care also get the opportunity to do a
satisfication survey about the patient’s experience. With their responses including
complaints, the Dazzle Dental Care could provide better service for next time.
The quality of one dental care depends so much on what procedures they are offering.
Dazzle Dental Care with many advanced employees should explore more about
procedures and techniques, and provide options as wide as we can. Some of the
procedures might need a special or new equipment which made the dental care
obligated to always be updated about the new equipments in field and do the
inventory control regularly.

Marketing is as important as the dental health. In today’s modern world, it is


beneficial for the dental care embracing the digital marketing by opening social media
account for advertising and communications to get the word out there. But, we can not
forget that nothing surpasses mouth-to-mouth referral. A recommendation from a
friend or a family member could be a strong reason for a patient to come to Dazzle
Dental Care. With this, the staff of the dental care should encourage the patients to
talk about our services by giving the patients links to review our services in the online
sites, and gave a referral bonus coupon for their next appointment. Marketing can also
be done by getting closer to the community such as doing volunteer works on giving
the public general education about dental and oral hygiene and dental general checkup
or examination.

In conclusion, the main goal for the Dazzle Dental Care is to give the patients
enjoyable experiences and best service by giving them a wide options of services,
satisfication survey, engagement, reducing the waiting time and the no-shows patients
that lead to wastage of time.
