A Review Paper of Jollibee (which branch?

Jollibee is a Filipino multinational chain of fast-food restaurants owned by Jollibee Foods


Corporation. It was founded by Tony Tan and his family last January 28,1978 in Quezon City.
It is the wildest store network in the Philippines and an emerging global player. It offers a wide
variety of affordable and delicious dishes and great tasting food prepared to satisfy customers
of all ages and from all walks of life. The food focuses on the specific tastes of the Filipino
market. (background information about the chosen branch of Jollibee) (Thesis statement is
missing) Jollibee is a customer-driven fast food chain because it serves delicious dishes,
provides meal for kids, and value the essence of family.
One of Jollibee's signature dishes is the Chicken joy. It’s delicious. The chicken comes
out hot and perfectly battered, with a crunchy exterior and juicy interior. It’s well-seasoned and
cooked just right—not dry like other fried chicken spots. Its real chicken paired with silky and
savory gravy (that accompanies the chicken), a perfect combination. The legendary Jolly
Spaghetti is a medley of spaghetti noodles, ground meat, sliced hot dogs, and a somewhat sweet
sauce made from banana ketchup. It’s not nearly as sweet as I thought it would be, and it’s
hearty and filling. They also have French fries, Filipino palabok, cokefloat, yumburger, jolly
hotdog, burger steak, buttered corn, halo- halo, ice cream sundae and many more to offer.
The store also provided a kiddie meal with selection of toys. Most of the kids really
collects it. It was really great to have something that Filipinos be proud of. There are lots of
surprises and gimmicks they provided that kids really enjoy. Kids also enjoys the food but the
most exciting part for them is Jollibee the mascot. Kids really wants to play with their mascot.
It is not only the delicious menu that Jollibee offers, but the crew and the people working in this
restaurant made them popular too. As you enter the door, a guard greet you with a smile. As I
observe their employees is well-groomed, the place is clean, and the food is presentable.

Filipinos are family oriented and devoted they cherished their family so much, love their
children and parents. Jollibee is a company that values family. It uses family-oriented approach
to personnel management, advertising and marketing. Therefore, Jollibee is the number one
family fast food chain in the Philippines.
The company’s values and marketing strategy will greatly affect a business success. I can
say that Jollibee deserves to be where it is right now because of it great values and strategies.
Jollibee reminded the Filipinos about the importance of a family making it a family oriented
fast-food company. It upholds the Filipino values through its staffs and advertisements. The
concept of family should be preserved because it is sincere and genuine.
