COMPUTER KEYBOARDING WORKFORCE
Students will develop typing and keyboarding skills
essential for positions in the workforce today to improve COMPUTER SKILLS
speed and accuracy. (30 hours) (MP) Teaches Microsoft Word 2007 and the basics of
computer hardware and software. Students will learn
essential computer concepts and procedures.

Career in Early Childhood
Education
This is an exciting time to begin a career in early childhood
education. As programs continue to increase in number, there
is a need for additional teachers. Students will learn the
required qualifications to become a child care teacher, child
care administrator, family childcare provider, Pre-K,
Kindergarten, and primary school teacher. Education and
training options will be discussed. (30 hours)
