Silicone-Free Certification
Nordson EFD certifies that no silicone mold-release agents are used in the precision molding process or at any other
time during the production of our dispensing components, and that all components are produced in the USA at our
Rhode Island and New Jersey facilities, which have been certified as silicone-free by independent testing laboratories.

Certified for Industrial Use

Nordson EFD certifies that all EFD dispensing components are designed and quality tested
to meet industrial use standards of pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) when these components
are properly used and discarded after one use.

This certification does not apply to components subjected to temperatures higher than
100°F (38°C) or lower than 50°F (10°C) during use.

This certification does not apply when components are used with any chemical that will
adversely affect the strength of the material used to manufacture these components,
used more than one time, or used at pressures exceeding the recommended
maximum of 100 psi (6.9 bar).
