Dear President Duterte,

It is with great privilege to write this letter to you Mr. President as a statement of performance
and recommendation of favorable consideration for the safety and welfare of the Filipino people.
Our country now is experiencing a The state of our country nowadays is at risk because of the
crisis we are suffering which is the COVID-19. It vastly affected our country where each of our
fellow citizen has made adjustments just to bear with the crisis. The current condition of our
economy got worse because many people lost their jobs due to the existing quarantine to still
observe the Social Distancing and many business closed and went bankrupt. There are several
cases of people who have COVID-19 are being recorded in our country because this virus have
the capability to spread quickly in a just a short period of time. The continuous spreading of
COVID-19 will happen because based on my observation, there are still many citizen who don't
observe Social Distancing and don’t follow your rules and regulation that are being based to the
World Health Organizations orders on how to prevent the COVID-19. That’s why I would highly
recommend Mr. President to make the implementation of the rules and regulations strong and
powerful and to kindly be strict in implementing the Social Distancing because we somehow
lack of implementation. There is this rule of Social Distancing that we have but it isn’t strong
enough to make everyone of us obey and observe this rule because there are still many Filipino
citizen are very hard-headed and disobedient even though it is for their sake and the sake of
many people. We can't change the fact that there are people who are self-centered that don't
care for the safety and sake of the numerous people. I would also like to recommend to use the
tax to create an organization that can supply and give free mask and face shield for many
people to wear just like how Singapore did so that it can reduce the possibility of increasing the
number of COVID-19 cases in our country. It will benefit many people because everyone in our
country will have the access and capability to prevent the COVID-19 from getting into them. I
definitely feel that my recommendations will help our country in battling against the threat of the
COVID-19 that's why I hope you hear and take my recommendations.
