The said work was awarded to M/s Eco Water Solutions Technologies Pvt Ltd - New
Delhi as referred above, the work could be started in Dec 2013 only after late handling over of
the site by the client and subsequently approval of the Drawings by HPL. Now the contractor
was request for EOT up to 30/6/2014 to keep the contract alive withholding Rs 50000/and
without prejudice the right of HPL to consider L.D at later stage.
