strengthens your immune system and enhances your mood and
sleep. Cycling also lowers blood pressure and is beneficial to
diabetes.

Cycling not only keeps you apart from others, but it also lowers the danger of infection
through surface contact. Consider taking public transportation. The virus may live on
surfaces for longer periods of time than it can in the air and is still infectious. By riding
instead of utilizing public transportation, you reduce your risk of injury to yourself and
