Pattern Explanation Types of Patterns

This is an image of an
Aglaonema leaf. As you can see, the
leaf contains natural patterns which
is a part of its nature. As the leaf
grows, you will notice lots of white

spots scattered around surrounding

the entire leaf that forms a unique
significant pattern. Moreover, the
pattern of this Aglaonema leaf form
in its own without the help external
influence.

This is an image of a delicious


cookie — “sopas”. As we can see, the
cookie itself has spiral pattern that
make it look unique and presentable. Invoked Pattern
The idea of forming this object is not
by nature but with the help of an
external intervention who manually
created or the one who made this
cookie.
This is an image of a useful
material we can use as a temporary
mosquito repellent or “Katol” (bisaya
term). In favor with the second
picture, it also associates a spiral Invoked Pattern
pattern. The pattern itself was
designed and made manually with
the help external intervention in
order to form the object.

This is an image of an Echeveria


Elegans plant which is one of my
mother’s plant collections. Aside
from its beautiful appearance, the
plant itself has a unique spiral pattern Self-organized
that focuses a small leaf on a center Pattern
point and a series of bigger leaves
that revolve around it following an
ascending manner. In conclusion, the
pattern of this plant was not merely
caused by an external intervention—
it just occurs on its own naturally.
